Oozing with cheesy goodness, these double-stuffed cheese peppers are a quick and easy dish to prepare whether it be a main dish or an appetizer, or even an afternoon snack.

Garlic, cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, and Greek yogurt come together for a rich and hearty filling perfect for any time of day or occasion.

  • 4 bell peppers, divined and halved
  • 1 clove garlic (minced)
  • 4 oz of cream cheese
  • 2 oz of mozzarella cheese, crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons of Greek-style yogurt


  1. Cook the peppers in boiling water in a Dutch oven (or a pot if you don’t have a dutch oven) until just tender or approximately 7 minutes.
  2. Mix the garlic, cream cheese, mozzarella, and yogurt until well combined.
  3. Stuff the peppers with the cheese mixture.
  4. Arrange the stuffed peppers on a til-lined baking pan.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven at 360°F (185°C) for 10 to 12 minutes.
  6. Serve at room temperature.
