These Granola Berry Cups remove all of the excuses for why you have zero time in the morning to eat a healthy breakfast!

These mini cups are filled with creamy vanilla yogurt and topped with fresh berries and can be made ahead for days of yummy, healthy breakfasts.

Filled with protein and fiber, and loaded with antioxidants, these gluten-free & vegan delights are easy to make, perfect for on the go, and are even kid-friendly.


Units Scale
  • 1 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup yogurt of your choice
  • 1/4 cup raw honey
  • Strawberries, for serving
  • Blueberries, for serving


  1. In a medium bowl, mash the banana.
  2. Add the oats, and honey to the mashed banana and mix until well combined.
  3. Add the mixture to a muffin pan and divide over 6 cups. Push the mixture to the edges and bottom, so that you are creating a cup.
  4. Freeze the muffin tray for 30 minutes.
  5. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and bake the cups for 30 minutes. Then remove from the oven and let cool off for 10 minutes.
  6. Add the yogurt and berries to each cup and serve immediately.
