Description

Old-fashioned oats, dates, vanilla, and cinnamon come together for a smooth and creamy homemade oat milk ready for drinking in just minutes.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 cup old-fashioned oats
  • 6 cups cold water
  • 2 Medjool dates
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp cinnamon powder

Instructions

  1. Remove the pit from the dates if they are not pitted yet.
  2. Make sure your water is cold, otherwise the oat milk can become slimy.
  3. Add all ingredients in the blender and blend for about 30-60 seconds.
  4. Using a strainer or cheesecloth, strain the milk and discard the oat pulp.
  5. Keep cool for up to 2 weeks.
