Description

There’s not much better on a hot day than a cold treat, and these Mango Coconut Lime Popsicles check all the boxes. They’re sweet and refreshing, and cool you down in a snap!

I love making homemade popsicles because I can adjust the ingredients, use up things in the fridge, and control how much sugar goes into them. With this recipe, you can do the same!

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 3 cups frozen mango
  • 1 cup sweetened coconut yogurt
  • 2 limes
  • 2 tbsp agave syrup

Instructions

  1. Add the mango, coconut yogurt, agave and the juice of 2 limes in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. If your limes are not very juice, you can add some water to make it a little runnier.
  3. Divide the pureed mango to a popsicle mold and add the popsicle sticks.
  4. Freeze for at least 4 hours.
