Ingredients
Scale
- 4 eggs, hard boiled and peeled
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard (any mustard will do)
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon of vinegar (apple cider is ideal but any you have on hand will do)
- 1/8 teaspoon paprika
- A pinch of salt and pepper
Instructions
- Bring a pot of water to a boil and then add your eggs in
- Boil for 14 minutes to ensure they are completely cooked
- Remove eggs from pot, place to the side to completely cool (or use an ice water bath).
- Once cooled, peel and halve the boiled eggs and scoop out the yolk
- Place the yolks in a bowl
- Put the egg whites on a plate and put to the side
- Add mustard, mayonnaise, vinegar, and paprika to the egg yolks and mash them well
- Using a piping bag, pipe the yolk mix into the egg white halves
- Sprinkle some paprika on the top, serve and enjoy!
Notes
- If you’re in a rush you can cool your eggs down quickly using an ice water bath (water and ice).
- If you don’t have a piping bag or can’t be bothered with on, you can spoon the mixture into the egg whites.
