Bacon wrapped asparagus is irresistible! Either as an appetizer or side dish, there’s something wonderful about biting into an asparagus spear that’s delicately wrapped in crispy bacon.
In fact, this recipe could even be a whole lunch on its own! It takes just minutes to prepare, and you have a restaurant-quality dish on your table!

- 1 lbs. asparagus (trimmed)
- 8 strips of bacon
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/8 tsp black crushed pepper
- 1/8 tsp garlic powder
- 1/8 tsp onion powder
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). And prepare a baking tray with nonstick spray.
- Wash and trim your asparagus and place them on a deep baking tray.
- Sprinkle the olive oil, black pepper, garlic powder and onion powder over the asparagus. Make sure to mix in with your hands, so all asparagus are coated with the oil and seasoning.
- Then divide the asparagus in 8 bundles and wrap each bundle with a slice of bacon.
- Bake in the oven for 30-35 minutes and make sure to flip them over halfway through.
