Description

With just 3 ingredients, this blue cheese omelette can be whipped up in just minutes. Rich, creamy blue cheese mixed with fresh eggs, topped with sliced tomato is the ultimate in simple and uncomplicated eating. You’ll be surprised at how tasty and easy eggs can be, plus they are very nutritious.


Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
  • 1/2 cup of blue cheese (crumbled)
  • 1 tomato (thinly sliced)
  • Pinch of salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Set a pan over medium heat and warm the oil.
  3. Add in the eggs and cook as you swirl the eggs around the pan using a spatula. 
  4. Cook eggs until partially set. 
  5. Top with blue cheese; fold the omelet in half to enclose filling. 
  6. Decorate with tomato and serve while warm.
