Ingredients
- 7oz (200g) Baby Spinach
- 4 Medium Green Apples – I’d recommend Granny Smith
- 4 Medium Carrots
Instructions
- After washing the ingredients, cut the apples and carrots into pieces that will fit in a juicer.
- Put the ingredients in the juicer, starting with the spinach. To make it go a little faster or easier, roll up several leaves into cylinders and feed them all into the juicer at once.
- Apples should be juiced next, followed by carrots.
- Serve after stirring the juice.
