- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1/2 cup blackberries (fresh or frozen)
- 1 cup (250 ml) almond milk or coconut milk (not canned)
- 5 table spoons of coconut yogurt (any type of yogurt is fine)
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a blender
- Process in the blender until thick
- Divide the mixture between cups/small jars and chill for 1-2 hours (or overnight)
- Serve and enjoy!
