- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 cup onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup green bell pepper, diced
- 1/4 cup grape tomatoes, halved
- 2 whole eggs
- 1/4 cup ham, chopped
Instructions
- Take a skillet and place it over medium heat
- Add butter and wait until the butter melts
- Add onion and bell pepper and Sauté for a few minutes
- Take a bowl and whip eggs
- Add the remaining ingredients and stir
- Add Sautéed onion and pepper, stir
- Microwave the egg mix for 1 minute
- Serve hot!
