How To Make Orange Immunity Juice

Place the fresh produce in the sink and give it a good wash with lukewarm water.  You can use a vegetable spray to help get rid of any dirt or pesticides or soak the fruits and vegetables in a mixture of vinegar and water

Remove the peels from the oranges and the lemon and discard. I find the easiest way to peel the fruit is to use a vegetable peeler. Make sure to get as much of the white pith that you can.

Cut the tops and bottoms off the carrots and discard them. Or put them aside to make a vegetable broth. I sometimes keep vegetable peels and scraps so I can make homemade vegetable broth. You can store the scraps in the freezer until you are ready to use them.

Remove the peel from the ginger and discard it.

Place the clean produce in your juicer and juice according to the manufacturer’s instructions.

Enjoy your fresh homemade orange immunity juice.  You can either throw away the pulp or keep it to use in a smoothie. You can store the pulp in the fridge or freezer.

Loaded with beta carotene from the carrots and vitamin c from the lemons, this immunity juice will support a healthy immune system and help your body manage inflammation. The fresh ginger is also loaded with antioxidants and helps support a healthy digestive system.
